Barbara Shraga

Barbara gets to know her real estate clients well, and the relationship does not end when the transaction does. She delivers top-notch service from beginning to end, then stays in touch with her buyers and sellers, and gladly provides any type of referral they might need, from contractors to schools, restaurants and much more.

Barbara wants to help you find a lifestyle that fits as well as the perfect home. Having lived in the Charlotte/Mooresville area for over 15 years, she knows the market well and proudly specializes in residential homes as well as land in the Lake Norman area.

Having built two homes, and moved with and without children, Barbara understands the intricacies that go along with home ownership and the purchase or sale process. She provides caring, attentive guidance throughout it all, striving to make the experience smooth and easy for her clients.

Originally from New York, Barbara received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology and an M.A. in English Education from Long Island University. She previously worked as a high school English teacher before applying her patient manner and educational skills to the real estate profession in 2012.

Barbara served as PTO President at Woodland Heights Elementary from 2012 to 2014. Currently residents at The Point, she and her husband, a physician at CMC Northeast, have four daughters and enjoy spending time on the lake with the family.
